With over 16 years of HR experiences in Regional, Leadership, Business Partnering, HR Operations, Recruitment and Employee and Industrial Relations, Dwen currently leads HR team for TCS Singapore & South Korea. In this role, Dwen is responsible for providing quality HR services including talent acquisition, development, experience & management, as well as developing and driving HR initiatives that are aligned with business goals.
In her career, Dwen has worked in various MNCs including Sembcorp Engineering, Siemens Automotive, Samsung Asia Pte Ltd and most recently, Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd. In each of the companies that she has worked in, she has won multiple awards for HR Strategy, Operations and Individual performance.
Head of Business Development
Elijah oversees the Business Development team at Shopee Singapore where he is responsible for building key customer relations and identifying growth opportunities. As one of the first joiners of Shopee back in 2015, he helped to build the business from the ground up and manages a team of 50 today. Previously, Elijah was the Director of Partnerships at TradeGecko where he was in charge of identifying key business partnership opportunities.
Executive Vice President, SME Banking
Marc has been with the banking industry for over 20 years. He has extensive management and leadership expertise in areas such as wealth management, consumer finance, SME banking, account management, marketing and alliance strategies, etc. Over the last decade, Marc has been instrumental in pioneering and building Maybank’s consumer mortgage and retail loans portfolio to a top 5 position in the Singapore retail banking space. In recent times, Marc was involved in cash management, focusing on SME payroll and payment services and deposit acquisition before his current role as Head SME Banking.

Rina Lim is the founder and managing director of integrated marketing communications agency, Quirk, incorporated in 2009.
More than 15 years of marketing & branding experience has seen Rina work with SMEs, MNCs & Govt sectors including Grand Hyatt, Toshiba, Wildlife Reserves, A*STAR, National Heritage Board, Singapore Airlines, Spring Singapore, NTUC Club, BreadTalk Group, and Tung Lok Group.
She has led her team to gain recognition from various design awards as well as invited to judge at design and business plan competitions & multiple speaking engagements. She was awarded the entrepreneurship award, Spirit of Enterprise in 2013 & invited to sit on the Board of Governors where she served as the Chairperson for the Student Entrepreneurship Programme for 5 years. In 2015, she was one of the 50 entrepreneurs featured in NIE’s nationwide project - SG50 Entrepreneurs Trail. As part of SPRING Singapore’s Capability Development campaign, she was covered in the Straits Times, Lian He Zao Bao and spoke on 938 LIVE.
In 2018, she was invited to sit as a Council Member on Social Development Network by the Ministry of Social & Family Development from 2018 – 2020.

Isabelle Ang is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder at Rockstagvid; specialising in creating fast-paced, high-quality films that engage audiences. Helping local businesses such as Captain K seafood restaurant hit virality with 4.2 million views online. Since then, Rockstagvid has expanded its capabilities overseas. Serving major international companies such as Warner Music, Universal Music, Gucci and Hitachi to create successful data-driven video campaigns for their audiences.
Rockstagvid next stage is to work, unite and create with other video production champions throughout SEA/East Asia including Eastness Production from Thailand and Digipedi based in South Korea.
Isabelle’s passion for startups has also led to her setting up Venture Capitalist company, Rimu Group that seeks to invest in early-stage startups as well as 61-bit, a publishing company in Melbourne, covering startup news and business trends.

Benjamin Choo is Head of Strategic Growth at Mileslife Singapore. Mileslife is a mobile payment and digital loyalty platform that creates a better ecosystem to connect airlines, merchants, banks and consumers. The Mileslife App provides users from 65 countries with the easiest way to earn airline miles from 16 airline loyalty programs with more than 30,000 merchants & online products.
Benjamin joined the Mileslife Singapore founding team in 2017 as Marketing and Partnership Manager. At the launch of Mileslife Hong Kong in 2018, Benjamin was instrumental in spearheading launch strategies including recruitment, merchant acquisition and user acquisition.
Before joining Mileslife, Benjamin was Singapore Country Manager for KKday - the leading e-commerce travel platform in Asia and a short stint with foodpanda.
Cai Li graduated from NTU Materials Science Engineering and worked 2 years+ as a Regional BD manager for a trading firm. In that work, he travels often and was always offering to help his colleagues and girlfriend shop for overseas products. That’s how the Airfrov idea come about. Before graduation, Cai Li also started an eco crowdsourcing t-shirt company, Qloov. Part of the proceeds of the t-shirts sold goes to charities. These experiences gave Cai Li the belief in starting a sharing community that can positively impact people's lives. Airfrov for example, has helped create micro-entrepreneurship while also empoweri ng the users to discover and shop for the latest overseas products.

Weiting has over 7 years of success in international business consulting, and has performed various roles in sales, financial management, product development and operations.
